This privacy policy explains how Fujitsu New Zealand Limited (“we” or “us”) collects your personal information and how we manage and store your personal information in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 New Zealand (“Act”). Personal Information is defined under the Act as “information about an identifiable individual”.
The protection of your privacy in the processing of Personal Information is an important concern to which we pay special attention in the context of our business processes.
Our role as an app developer is to provide software to our licensed customers who are transportation companies (“Licensed Customers”). The app will be used to schedule job pick-up and delivery information for our Licensed Customers. We are not a transportation company. We will collect and have access to Personal Information in order to support our Licensed Customers, but we will not store your Personal Information.

How we retain and store Personal and Non-Personal Information
All Personal and Non-Personal Information will be stored for a short period of time on the user’s phone, from the time the delivery order is placed until the delivery order is completed. The Licensed Customer may retain and store delivery information in their data base. We may access information about an order from our Licensed Customer's data base, then retain and store that information in our data base solely for the purpose of supporting our Licensed Customer.
When the purpose of the data is no longer relevant, the data shall be deleted or transformed into anonymous data for statistical, historical research and product and services development purposes. We will only retain data that is required by law.
Security
We put in place appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to ensure that your data is safe from tampering, loss, destruction, unauthorised access, or disclosure. Our security measures are constantly being improved to keep up with technological advancements.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information at any time. You can do this by uninstalling the app.
